Man I really appreciate all of the details you share... even the "along the way" info such as the ladder stabilizer talk. Other guy's don't mention that. You really help us hustlers figure things out!
Great vid. I do a ton of roof cleaning and powerwashing in CT. A tip that I recommend, I use the camera on my phone and switch the filter to black and white. It really shows any missed spots at the end of the wash that might not have taken the solution. Sometimes it’s sunny and you just can’t tell from glare/etc. Try it. Happy New Year.
Hi, I am a starter and my question is that I have heard in other videos that you wanna add around 50% of bleach and 50% water, I have also seen in videos that I will turn the bleach valve to 12%. So what does that mean? Should I add only 12% bleach or what?
That aluminum ladder laying right on the gutters like that can and will scratch them eventually. A stablizer on there that rests on the roof itself would be a good idea.
I really enjoyed watching your videos about the pressure washer cleaning roofs and the $500 soft wash system that you got going on and I keep watching long as you keep putting your videos out keep up the good work I enjoy watching it
I was curious why you said on one of your videos that you cannot roof clean with a pressure washer I don’t understand why you said that I’m starting out doing pressure washing and I want to make it a full-time thing but I can downstream with the white tip and spray my chemical and water on the roof and it works great please respond thank you
Ds'ing isn't strong enough 9 out of ten times no matter how good the injector is. An xjet can get away with going a little hotter but still not ideal. You need a dedicated roof pump.
Hi Jason, A few questions on roof tip video. 1. So for stain decks best to have someone wetting it down when spraying (before and after)? 2. After you spray the roof you flush out the softwash system and pump with clean water. Where do you dump / spray out the clean out? Especially when the clean out is still hot. 3. On a 65 gallon or higher buffer tank, how much water should you carry or dump out when hauling to the next job. This will be on a trailer system. Also, how much if it's on a bed of a truck? Hoping to add roof cleaning next spring and I'm getting a lot of helpful tops from your videos. I know it takes a lot of your time making videos so i just want to say "Thank you".
Well you can go a couple different ways. I had a friend of mine had his deck cleaned up in Jersey on a brand new cedar deck and the overspray and stuff and they ended up happening to sand it and all kinds of stuff and it was not fun that’s gonna be more of the worst case scenario
You said you don’t rinse unless it’s a non gutter house right. What about during the summer when their won’t be rain for couple of months. Still no rinse?
Happy new years, thanks for the video but I have a question, how in the world are you making $ 700 on an 800sqft roof we do good to get .30 sqft in East Texas
Do remember that often folks say a crazy high price for content. I've been in the business 10 years and on all the groups. Never seen anyone ever charge $1/ sq ft.
A dollar a square foot wow I got 260,000 ft three story condos it's 11 of them totaling that square footage and I'm stressing out about charging $0.10 a square foot for stucco. And I'm the only pressure washer and soft washing company within a 60 mi radius
I been doing roof cleaning just a yr now I notice I sometimes create brown rust looking marks what is that? And is there a way to prevent that is my roof mix to hot?
Awesome video, thanks! My biggest takeaway is that being dead at the end of the day is not worth it. 😂 But seriously this was great content I appreciate it👍🏻
Where does this guy live? No one would pay $800 here in Sacramento for that small of a single story roof to be cleaned. And spare me the "they aren't my customer then" BS. If I called 4 companies here in Sacramento them and me would all be really close on price. Probably right around $400.

That’s a really great tip. Also Wearing polarized glasses can help it to
Great stuff

I’ve seen the ad on here that you used footage from this job on. Best ad on UA-cam, only one I haven’t skipped!
Awesome
I've made a ton of money watching your videos and getting ideas. Thank you.

They where getting new gutters.
Yes that’s true

Great video and thorough presentation my friend,I just re watched it 👍
Thanks man
What kind of wand and tip are you using to spray that roof?
Homemade and jrod
I need
Did you rinse the roof off after you used SH? Looked white at the end.
What kind of soap do you use? I can’t even see mine when it hits the roof it ain’t white or foamy at all even when I rinse
Say if that sh did leak and marked up a nice deck,,, what would be your course of action to fix that??
Also you said you used 7-10 gallons of SH how many gallons of water would you estimate?
@@RigWars Jason said he sprayed a mix at 6%. Both valves would have to be open all the way, which means he only used 7 to 10 gallons of water as well.
For the roof cleaning would be 7 to 10 gallons

No rinsw
Can you water before and after if you're by yourself?
Yes I water before during and after even if I was by myself
Hey boss! When were the “AFTER” Pictures taken?
Same day
@@kingofpressurewash Dang… well i tried it but i have a moss forest so i guess itll take some time to wash
Rinse or no rinse ?
How do you guys calculate the square root of the roof for pricing
I usually just do Zillow.
Happy new years, thanks for the video but I have a question, how in the world are you making $ 700 on an 800sqft roof we do good to get .30 sqft in East Texas

Especially a 1 story
It was my job and yes that was the price if that roof cleaning.

@@libertypowerwash9904 😲😲
Bleach for me is $23 per gallon. Do you know a company that ships 55 gal to new jersey
Is it advisable to use a house wash mix as an annual roof wash cleaning to prevent it from getting that bad?
Were gutters part of the price/job? Saw him scrubbing the gutters with a brush.
By the way, love the video. Thanks for posting!
Nice happy new year
Happy new year’s to you also
I been doing roof cleaning just a yr now I notice I sometimes create brown rust looking marks what is that? And is there a way to prevent that is my roof mix to hot?
What chemical do you use to clean the ceiling?
Awesome video and tips!!
Do you rinse the roof after applying or you leave it there? Just wondering!
No I do not rent unless it does not have gutters
What size ladder is that Jason?
What % is your mix when washing a roof?
Good info
Awesome video, thanks! My biggest takeaway is that being dead at the end of the day is not worth it. 😂 But seriously this was great content I appreciate it👍🏻
Great video
after applying the sh, do you rinse off the roof after letting it dwell ??
Just let it dwell unless it doesn’t have gutters then you want to rinse it
If the roof was really mossy then would the same method apply
What about using bleach neutralizing tablets in the gutter down spots?
This is by far the funniest sexy music to date 😂
700 to 800.00 bro shit you kill everything and still bank ? I'm just baffled at these prices I see on you tube..Where are you from ??
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
"If its black shoot it again" the cops live by that motto
That some sexy house washing music
