Excellent video, Jeff! You just continue to roll out quality and educational video's. You are a huge asset to the traditional archery community. I refer all of my traditional archery customers to your channel. Love your style and the information you share. God bless and keep up the great work!
Not sure...but the one thing I can say is that is a beautiful area to shoot in! Love the setting! Trees, long grass field, mowed field! Stunning! Going out to shoot my 3D deer target. Thanks!
For me, I feel like it also has a lot to do with getting use to a “sight picture”of the target and the location it sits in. Also the repetitive locations I would stand to shoot. I started moving my target around the yard and shooting from totally different locations and directions. I shot like crap when I did this. Now I’m comfortable and consistent all around the back yard with different dotted targets. When I go stump shooting if falls off again because the sight picture is totally different even when aiming at a dot on a stump. I need to change up my location, targets and distances to be excellent. Always aiming small no matter the stump, leaf deer or rabbit. I need to hit these things like my targets. I guess I’ll stop painting dots too. Great video. Thanks!
I find focusing on one spot is the hardest part of archery. You think you are focused on one spot until you realize you're not then you start to actually focus on a spot and your whole grouping changes
What Glove are you wearing and do you recommend it or another. I'm new to traditional and currently using a tab. I respect your opinion and love the videos.
I don’t shoot 3D competitions, but this is important for hunters. I like to practice shooting out of a tree at a deer target. Make some of your practice as realistic to actual hunting situations as possible.
Good question and for me I run light grain per inch shafts like 600 gold tip warriors and load them up with like 250gr on the front and still have enough total weight but they fly much flatter than a heavier arrow 👍🏻
Archers!
Did you just watch and listen to this post? Excellent! Now watch and listen to this post yet again! It can only help you improve! 🏹🐗🏹🦌🏹🐗🏹🦌
Good video, all true.
Stay safe my friend. God bless you 🙏.

A very important point. I experienced that by myself. Very good video!
The best channel on UA-cam when it comes to traditonal archery!
Thanks Jeff
Another great video; thank you!
Thanks for watching and we really appreciate it!

Great advice and teaching. Thanks Jeff !
Thank you so much!
Great video!! Jeff - tried calling the shop a few times last week kept getting busy signals! Maybe your too busy! I'll try again this week.
Thanks for sharing, that makes a lot of sense! Keep em coming, and God bless ya!
Sage advice!
Also practice kneeling down & awkward position from ground & the stand
Great advice sir! Have 2 shoots in June and will be doing this until I leave for them. Love your videos and you just got a new subscriber. Take care.
Great content. I practice on both a block & 3D target to mix thinks up. Luckily hunting Axis deer year round, they have plenty white spots too.
Makes perfect sense..
Thank you Jeff. I shoot 3d and when I shoot my block target I take a trash back and cover up the shooting dots.
It’s just so different looking at an animal shape and I’ve painted a deer shoulder outline on lots of them lol
Me, Looks like I need a 3D target now hunny .. jeff said so
Totally agree. If you only shoot bullseye targets, even moving to one side or the other closer to a 45 degree angle will throw you off.

Hi brother, would you kindly show us how to do the fast shooting? Thank you.
May God bless you.
Absolutely I sure will, We do that sometimes 👍🏻

Yes sir it’s a Bear Paw Classic, great glove I really like it.
Makes good sense.
You make beautiful longbows but the average Joe can't come up with $1000+ for a stick and string. I enjoy your videos. 🙏
Where can we find a list of events you’re attending?

Absolutely!
How do you fix heavy point weighted arrows from dropping 20+ yards and low poundage bows like 40lbs?
Good question and for me I run light grain per inch shafts like 600 gold tip warriors and load them up with like 250gr on the front and still have enough total weight but they fly much flatter than a heavier arrow 👍🏻
It doesn’t really take more than 175 grains up front with a sharp two blade head to do the trick!
If your a hunter set up target in yard shoot 1 cold shot a day !
The grift continues.
