You missed one (and I can't believe this is my life!) Todd the demon who we see in his true demon form, made up of lava and flames.. He is played by Joe Mande who was Morris in Parks and Rec. Morris is one of the recurring (citizens of pawnee) characters who ends up being on city council and he swears Jerry in as mayor in the finale

Every time I see the Good Place workers and the Bad Place demons, I can't help but think that sometime in the beginning, the bad ones tricked the good ones into going and working in the wrong place. The good ones tried really hard to be demons in the bad place and took to their work with gusto. Meanwhile, the actual demons were in the good place, pretending to be good, but actually letting it fall apart. When everyone started getting sent to the Bad Place, the actual demons were happy because it meant fewer humans coming in and more humans getting tortured. The Bad Place "demons" are all so nice and kind, whenever they don't have to be evil. They also try so hard and take so quickly to the new system, because they really like helping.
So in reality, just two... and a half. Adam Scott & Nick Offerman with Marc E Jackson's occasional reoccurring. Everyone else is just an actor getting an acting gig on different tv shows.
