@@DrRitterstein It ultimately didn't matter since in the Grave Matters comic, Soldier, who's a lawyer, said that neither won until the other passed on to the next life, leading to the Halloween update where the payloads were replaced with their corpses as we pushed them into a portal to the world beyond. Don't really know who won then since games could go either way, I imagine that eventually both were tossed in.
