Late reply, but the GT-R seen in this video was added in as DLC. They also came out with GT5: Academy Edition, which has all the DLC free with it and has the GT Academy car too. Hell, it's even on the cover.
9:15 is relatively pedestrian. The trick to the "ring" is to not overdrive. Just gently flow through the corners and practice the Nordshleife by driving a fast car like the Zonda R or even an F1 so that you learn all the sections in less time.
Funny how people actually train on GT5 before driving the 'ring in real life... how many times have you been on a track? Or are you just assuming there's too much understeer?

Converted from 4WD to RWD due to class restrictions.
I customised an R34 and a R35 on GT5 but the R35 was less fun as it was too fat for nurburgring.
