What commands do you use at each stage?

Thanks for your question, I tend to use a release cue (OK / go, for example) after the start line wait, then I only use cues for front and rear crosses / change of directions. If your dog responds well to a 'go on' cue then there's no harm in using that too :) Happy hoopering!
