After the barrier had fallen most of the New Camp members split their ways. Some rouges became Raven's bandits, but the ones who followed Lee got a job on Onar's farm. They had to protect farmers who were harassed by the militia of Khorinis.
Rouges ceased to exist, and higher rank members, like Lares or Wolf became mercenaries. If one wants to join mercenaries, he must convince majority of them to vote for him, then pass the test given by Torlof.
