I Just caught them in Portland a few short Days Ago ~ So Fantastic! I had never heard Jamie playing an acoustic! He plays with equally as much Dynamism as he does Electric (w/ Loads of Gear). This Really exemplifies How-Friggin'-Great they are! I've Always believed that a great song must be able-to-be-performed acoustically (All of his influences that he mentions make Total-Sense, but am I hearing a Led-Zep vibe to them in this set).
I love that they played pull a u!! It's my favorite! They did it live at an after party on Conan or one of them not sure but it was sick! And so is this!🎉
It was worth it for some of the old ones - sadly The Kills are becoming more and more like a parody of themselves these days though - not sure it was the same after Jamie broke his hand he used to be such a great garage blues guitarist especially on the electric - I saw them live a few times in the early days before everyone else had heard of them and he used to batter those riffs out like a deranged mentaloid - wasn't just the guitar playing but the acting the part of angry homicidal band image too - Doornroosje in Nijmegen in 2006 was my 2nd gig and the most on form I've seen them ever - after that two years later at a packed Melkweg in Amsterdam on the Midnight Boom album tour they just didn't have the same energy
Got my tickets to see them later this year - can't wait. Really great small venue too - it's gonna be sweet!!

Alison Mosshart is the rock chick to end all rock chicks. I love The Kills but The Dead Weather is my fav Mosshart band.
Excellent job on them songs. Awesome album they put out this year. Can't stop spinning
Incredible live set! Powerful acoustic presentation. Great interview.
Queen and King of acoustic sessions 👏
Jamie's work especially in 103 is a sight to behold. Man and guitar as one.

Still made pull a u sound soo good with an acoustic. Love them
So cool, that Jamie shows us his old guitars (IN ACTION) !! Would Love to see that 1921, which was sadly in the bus @ the Rig Rundown...
103 is such a jam!

The Kills kill it !!

w o n d e r f u l - guitar sounds great and Alison looks so cheeky sweet! looking forward to the tour!
Pure class.
The perfect band
we truly dont believe we could be a band if THE KILLS didn't exist. that simple
who would imagine 2 cool cats, a cutting board and an acoustic guitar would make the perfect crossover of blues and rock n roll!
Baby Says acoustic is awesome
People ask me who my influences are, I say everybody. But my hands-down all-time favorite is Jaime Hince.
Love it!

🇧🇷🔥
Why?i love anyway but why?
The microphone levels are atrocious. Fire the sound guy
It makes the viewer hate the interviewer because she’s so much louder than everyone else
