Do you support Unicode characters for songs info/metadata - like in Arabic
We've been having issues with our station getting stuck between tracks then going off air unable to turn on. Are there other server options to switch over to?
Yes, but it's worth looking into why the problem is happening to see if it can be fixed. Contact support for help@radio.co.
Soooo if I wanted to test my station can I turn it on for a few mins and run a demo playlist to ask if there are issues with family in other countries testing the output etc. or for that brief test do I need to be liscenced. I know it’s a silly question.
Yeah, you can broadcast and share a link with others to test. As no one will have access to your station other than you and those you share it with, you'll be safeguarded from prying ears. Hope that helps, but let me know if you need a hand with anything else at studio@radio.co.

We'd recommend a modern laptop, dynamic mic (depends on where you're broadcasting / room treatment), and an audio interface (if you don't have other audio devices). But get a feel for what you need at: radio.co/radio-university/how-to-start-an-internet-radio-station

Don't add it to the request feature, they don't pay attention to it.

Do I get paid when people download my app?
For one off payments, yes. For recurring payments, no. But apps are a marketing tool, so I wouldn't recommend charging people to use them.
