How to grow an Avocado Tree From Seed

Here is my way of growing avocado trees from seed and the way I avoid paying $100+ for an avocado trees!
I have also heard you need at least two avocado trees to get them to fruit! Is that true?! I love avocados so I hope these will fruit in the next couple years.
Any avocado trees tips are appreciated!!
