She was very versatile and at home with any genre: Drama, Western, musical, detective, big-budget and even medium-budget movies. She had wit, grace, good sartorial sense, and always called a spade, a spade, one liners that would keep you in splits long after the movie was over. Yes, she was also pretty during her heyday, till she began to pile on the pounds. She never lacked roles all through her career that lasted for a couple of decades. Loved it and the film ESPECIALLY the fabulous gowns n dresses n hats n hairpieces n gloves the ladies were lucky enough to wear!!!! AWESOME colours n designs n coordinating accessories!!!
