▬ ABOUT THIS VIDEO ▬
TOP 4 Best Mattress For Allergies & Asthma (MUST WATCH). In this video, JD talks about our favorite mattresses for those who suffer from allergies or asthma. If you're short on time, here's a quick review on each mattress.
Puffy: Puffy is a popular mattress endorsed by Ellen Degeneres and it's incredibly popular because of its accommodating feel and firmness level. It doesn't feel like memory foam or latex foam. Instead, it's more like neutral, classic foam. We think it works for just about any sleeper type under ~230 lbs.
Zenhaven: Zenhaven is natural mattress from luxury brand Saatva, and it has a unique construction because it's actually flippable. It's filled with Talalay latex layers and wrapped in an organic cotton cover. We thought one side felt like a medium-firm, and the firm side was more like a true firm. Accordingly, Zenhaven is most ideal for back and stomach sleepers.
Avocado: It's one of the most popular natural/organic mattresses online. It's made with pocketed coils, organic latex, organic wool, and organic cotton. The brand is also particularly eco-conscious and sustainable. Though, it costs more than your standard bed-in-a-box mattress because it's made with ultra high-quality materials.
Amerisleep: Amerisleep has an all-foam construction and offers a wide range of different mattresses with varying firmness levels, so any sleeper type can find an option that really accommodates them. The softer the mattress, the higher the price tag.

The older I’m getting, the more I’m finding myself hexing trees and flowers for their potential responsibility in flaring up my allergies. I’ve honestly never thought to connect the dots to my mattress, but would consider it now that you put in my mind we spend 1/3rd of our lives in our beds. Zenhaven sounds neat how sap from trees to create the hypoallergenic foam, but you hit it on the nose that my side sleeping wouldn’t love the firmness. I think I’d go Puffy or Avacado with the topper. I like the puffy’s removable casing to wash. Hmmm 🤔 decisions decisions.

Believe it or not, the summers do get quite warm up there so we sleep with the windows open, which I know does not help my case...but now I’m considering the fact that even when it’s allergy off season for me, the things that had been trapped in my mattress over the years probably prolonged my discomfort
