PowerBIの習得が自己流なので知らない操作方法などを動画でみると「知らないことがまだまだ多いな」と勉強させてもらっています。
ブログもやられているのを今日知りまして、そちらの記事で動画にないものも初級者にはわかりやすいですね。
この動画でForms回答のデータをListsからPowerBIへ渡しますが、ExcelデータからではなくListsにデータ登録する方がいいのでしょうか？お勧めするメリットとかありましたら参考までに教えてください。

ExcelからPowerBIレポートを作成するのも問題ありませんが、SharePointリストが優れている点は、下記のものがあると思います。
１．Excelは排他制御ができないが、SharePointリストはできる（同時書き込み時にエラーにならない）
２．ExcelはMax100万行レコードだが、SharePointリストはMax3,000万行レコードまで登録できる
３．そもそもExcelはデータベースではないが、SharePointリストは簡易のデータベースである
また、そもそもExcelのエクスポートはPowerAutomateでは自動化できないため、手動（またはRPA）でする必要があります。

ありがとうございます。参考にさせていただきます。
３に関してですが、自分の場合は簡易なアンケートで毎月回答がリセットされることや、レコード数もそれほど多くないため、EXCEL のWEB版からForms作って常に回答先が固定したファイルに保存され、PowerBIで更新という流れで作成してました。
