    Mark gives himself away here with his arrogant act of non chalance & dis-interest in what she says.
    A genuinely innocent, in the dark, clueless & devastated husband will want to hear the details, as horrible as they may be. Most of us with decency will stop to pay attention out of respect for the subject being spoken of, if we truly love the person, even if he did kill her most people have remorse and enough decency to be respectful when the details of the death are explained.
    He is an arrogant fool.

      This really was excellent detective work.
      Starting with no on-scene clues they developed a no doubt of guilt against three people.
      This will be a great case to study how to start with nothing and prove guilt beyond a doubt.

    Didn't the attorneys tell Mark that everything being said by the prosecutor, his attorneys, witnesses, and the judge will appear in the trial transcript a copy of which he is entitled to see and have for the purpose of assisting his attorney on appeal? Moreover, that he is he is entitled to be furnished with a daily copy of the trial proceedings during his jury trial for the purpose of assisting his attorney during his defense? Obviously, his attorneys did not advise him of his due process rights. Instead, what they did do, to assist the prosecution, was to distract Mark by telling him to take notes during his trial. In so doing they deprived him of his right, the right to act during the trial proceeding as a weeping, depressed, falsely accused innocent individual. That's what the jury needed to see when they observed him. Because let us not forget "that anything you say or do can and will be used against you". The jury seriously observed Mark during the proceeding and not once did they see him as a depressed, weeping, falsely accused individual and by not doing so they considered him guilty as charged on all counts.

    • @CA72220
      @CA72220 2 роки тому +1

      thats true, If I had been a juror in that case, I would have seen him as a person seeking to defend himself against accusations for something he did. Not for being innocent.

      @francescozambuto1713 2 роки тому

      @@CA72220 Good observation. Notwithstanding, in my point of view, defense attorneys were ineffective in doing their jobs, they couldn't do much with what they had; it's always the ones you know or think you know the best who in the end stab you in the back. Here the issue was greed and it makes people do the unthinkable. Thank you for your reply, stay alert, stay safe. As a personal note, the Grandmother and uncle of the deceased had a monetary interest in the outcome of the case. This victim did not deserve what happened to her, no one does.😒

    If I'm being charged with murder and I'm innocent you better believe I'm gonna be listening to every single word that is being said. Mark Sievers doesn't want to pay attention because he knows he is guilty as sin. Just like Jodi Arias when the prosecution was talking. These guilty idiots don't know how to look innocent because they're not. They're guilty as sin and they know it. Plain and simple.
