Initially kep instrument flow rate
0.3 ml /min . Then gradually increase..it will help u to stable the baseline

In instrument room humidity not be more than 55% this is last limit but and room temperature should be ambient...
But what need for analysis like column oven temperature, it depends on methodology you are using for analysis
