      Hello Randy,
This reef is located just east of Egmont Key in Tampa Bay, Hillsborough County (North 27° 35.00 West -82° 44.60.) There is not a barge deployed here. Any reef SW of Edmonton would be in Manatee County.
      Thanks, Tampa Bay Artificial Reefs

Hi Brad - The largest number of goliaths that I have personally seen in Tampa Bay was at Glenn Lockwood Reef. There are some large piles of material that stack up nicely that make perfect habitat for them. Check out our other video at ua-cam.com/video/eW0UvVzJC94/v-deo.html if you haven't already. This reef has a lot of diversity, including tarpon. Egmont Key Reef also has a population of goliaths, but the material is more spread out, so spotting them can be more difficult. Thanks for watching!
