This, and all the other stuff I have seen you and Rob have done together, is pure gold. I have learned so much from this concept based teaching. Thank you! Karl, fresh purple belt
As a blue belt, I found them really useful and I have already used them into my games. Thank you Stephan, please keep making these excellent instructional videos!
Rob, you, as well as Stephan, are one of the most thougtful and rigorous teachers I've followed. It would be amazing to attend your class some day. Hope it happens!
Stephan really took a beating in this one. Some highlights include 6:05, 7:43, 15:25 lol. Love the series. Professor Biernacki is awesome, super detailed instruction.
Second pass looks like a great setup for near cradle. At 6:30 it's just a matter of taking the head rather than the underhook. Definitely going to work on that one.
Hello, Stephan Kesting and Robin Biernacki! Please, I'd like to see a video or some videos showing how to escape from close guard(gi) using some principals! Thanks in advance! =]]

Some very slick passes... I love how he explains the general ideas of passes. Makes it useful in many scenarios.

Hey Stephen, I have a question how do you take down and control big guys? Please make a video about what I said.
Can't belive this information is free, better instruction isn't possible! Thanks Stephan.

7:40 that's the noise of a good pressure pass 😂
what gi is Rob wearing?
It's a BC Kimonos limited edition Island Top Team gi.
+Island Top Team thank you
It would be difficult to be put in that pass and having your sternum hammered down.
12:24
You don't even need to finish these passes. So many leg lock entries there.
