2016 Audi A6 3.0 TDI Competition (346hp) - DRIVE & SOUND (60FPS)

The full DRIVE & SOUND test with the recently facelifted 2015/2016 Audi A6 Avant as the range-topping 3.0 TDI "Competition" delivering 346 hp and 650 Nm of torque (weight: 2.005 kg). Autohaus Küver (www.kuever.com) was so kind to provide this car an keeps being a strong supporter of Automann-TV. "3.0 TDI Competition" in this case means that the engine produces 26 hp more in an Overboost function and that there are unique colors and rims available. Of course there isn't a huge difference to the "normal" 320 hp version but when instantly accelerating and revving out the gears you feel this variant feeling more punchy, more sporty. this video made me buy the same car and I must say, to those who are sceptical about the sound generator, go and try it, even in idle it creates sound waves that no video recording will ever match. pure joy, even though you know it is "fake". +Hussain Sajid We only had a very short test this time to "my" average consumption won't really tell anything. I drove the BiTDI for longer before and was around 8.5 liters of Diesel overall, with some sporty driving of course.

Ich bin wirklich absoluter BMW Fan aber ich muss zugeben, dass der A6 Competition in Nardo Grau ein wahnsinnig schönes Auto ist. Der Vater meiner Freundin hat genau diesen (auch in der Farbe, der Ausstattung) und ich bin mit dem Audi auch schon öfter gefahren, finde nur das die Lenkung etwas "synthetisch" wirkt und nicht den Kräften entsprechend.. Wir fahren einen 5er und der hat eindeutig die bessere Rückmeldung beim lenken

+Luca Kraus Stimmt leider, die Lenkung von Audi ist leider nicht so der Hit. Bin vor kurzem ein paar Wochen einen Q3 gefahren, eigentlich ein klasse Auto, aber das Lenkgefühl (oder eben das Fehlen jenes) hat mich echt enttäuscht.
Insgesamt gibt mir die Lenkung von meinem VW-Bus mehr Feedback (wahrscheinlich weil die noch hydraulisch ist...) ;-)

The Competition version is not 346hp, it's 326hp. An engine with enormous power and a huge amount of torque. Also a beatiful car with a quality interior!!

In the end the M550d is slightly faster and has the more sporty engine character but its also signficantly more expensive from a list price perspective and in leasing, therefore for me the Audi 3.0 TDI Competition is the better value for money and has the more modern looks due to the recent facelift....my opinion.

+Dennis Bö Steht mit 326 PS im Konfiguration aber hat einen Overboost in dem er 346 PS leistet, wenn man die Leistung fordert. Ist quasi wie beim GTI Clubsport der die 290 PS bei Vollgas hat. Ist auch der gleiche Motor wie im SQ5 plus und da hat er auch 340 PS. Vom Leistungsplus sollte der Audi Händler schon was wissen;)
