Hey friends! Yesterday, we went to Magic Kingdom to try all of the new Tiana’s Bayou Adventure food. I also learned that Disney is getting rid of Genie+ and the waffle sandwiches at Sleepy Hollow

Hi, I just want to say that for anybody that is making content out there how important it is for people like myself and others that don’t have the means or the physical ability to go to these different places especially Disney. We love Disney and been there quite a few times in our younger days, but now we live through people like you and Kristen and others. And it’s very important to us. We love watching you guys and seeing Disney again. Thank you
I totally agree! Disney is my happy place, however because of horrible long term effects from cancer treatments, I can rarely leave my house now. These videos make me so happy to watch. ❤️

This is exactly why I make the content I do. So many people don’t understand “why is this 20 year old doing Disney content” 1 because I love it and 2 to share my experiences and travels with others who otherwise wouldn’t be able to. Just trying to be a light in someone’s life one video at a time :)

The Nutella Waffle and the Spicy Chicken Waffle being gone at Sleepy Hollow as well as the Hush Puppies at Columbia Harbor house is TRAGIC!!!

True, probably easier to do fries than rice for "fast food"? The Gumbo at Blue Bayou in Disneyland and also over at Port Orleans is more traditional.
As a lifelong French-speaking Louisianan I agree that sweet potato fries are different but sweet potatoes are definitely a tradition. The fries might be a nod to that but in a more marketable form.
In LA we have a huge variety of foods. From jambalaya to pastalaya , Étouffée, gumbo, grits that are sweet or savory….
We have some good eating’ - for sure.
I have lived in many parishes in LA and they all have foods they are known for.

What's it like to be blessed enough to even go to Disney! I love your videos Nate, my only granddaughter (6) and I have been watching you for a couple of years now. But i feel so sad when im done because i know we will never get the chance to share in that truly magical experience. I've been but she never has and I remember how wonderful it was to go as a child. Since you asked, these dishes are not NOLA dishes but not knocking them bc I have not tasted them, (NOLA native). NOLA beignets do have open pockets and can be crispy on the ends. Never had I have gumbo with sweet potatoe fries; rice yes, even potatoe salad. Hot honey chicken is not a NOLA staple but I know it is gaining popularity in the country. Glad you enjoyed them and thanks for the review.

I went to POFQ to try the chicken gumbo at the beginning of June and loved it! (Thanks Nate for your gumbo videos in the past, that's how I knew about it) I have a friend who was raised in New Orleans and she said she does gumbo over top of potato salad!? I like it with the rice, lol. Thanks for all the updates, Nate! Love your content!
Great vlog! Love them all. I'm excited to try those new waffles and Tiana's new foods! Gas update for ya lolll, we were down the shore in Wildwood NJ, paid $3. 39 a gallon. In Bucks County PA, gas is $3 45 a gallon.
