  • We Have HUGE Travel Plans for 2025 | Alaska Excursion Caravan
    We're Going to ALASKA!!!
Exploring Alaska by RV has long been on our bucket list. And next year, in 2025, we'll finally be checking that box with an EPIC Alaskan adventure!
In this video, we share our exciting travel plans, some of the things that we will be doing, and some of the many reasons why we are choosing to make the trek to Alaska with Cindy and Jim at Alaska Excursion Caravan. Yes, we are driving our 2021 Newmar New Aire Class A diesel motorhome to Alaska!
If driving to Alaska is on your bucket list, please consider traveling with this small Mom and Pop company. From our conversations with them over the years, and reviews from friends who have traveled with Alaska Excursion Caravan, we 100% believe that our motorhome trip to Alaska will be amazingly unforgettable (in all the good ways).
You can learn more about the Alaskan trips that Jim and Cindy lead on their website: alaskarvcaravan.com .
We have also included more about why we are personally choosing to experience Alaska with Alaska Excursion Caravan on our website: rvamericayall.com/travel-dest... .

    🤠 Thanks For Watching!
We are Tom and Stacie Langland, known for 10 years as RV Texas Y'all.
We are Native Texans and Full-Time RVers who are all about exploring the Great State of Texas and America one campground at a time. We're on a mission to experience life, not just live it and we're bringing you along for the fun.
In 2018, we sold our house, our business and gave away just about everything we own to hit the road and see America. Our home is a 33' motorhome named Freedom. We installed an extreme solar and lithium battery setup so now we can camp just about anywhere with our dog (Star) and our cat (Astro).
Every day is a new adventure, so join us as we RV America Y'all.
    Safe Travels and Happy Camping!

Oh Fun!!! Can't wait to follow your travels! Yay! We went there for our honeymoon 20 years ago. We did a week land tour and a week cruise. Loved our trip to Alaska! It's beautiful! We panned for gold, ate lots of salmon, toured lots of towns, rode a river boat, saw the mushers training dogs....and so much more! You will love it!!!

You will LOVE it! We towed our 34' travel trailer from Lincoln, NE, to Anchorage, AK. We took our time - 70 days! We planned a year in advance and made reservations for each place. So much to see, but our must sees are: Watson Lake Signpost forest, Liard Hot Springs, Whitehorse, Yukon, Alaska Railroad (Anchorage to Seward), and taking a boat on Kenai Fjords, to name just a few.

How exciting for y’all! We drove to Alaska on our own in 2019. It was our 50th state visited. We left Northern California on Easter and entered the US from Canada at the end of Sept. it was amazing, but a mixed bag. There were forest fires raging and the smoke was horrible. It even got up in the mid-90s in Fairbanks. On the other hand the salmon eating bears and Northern Lights were memorable. It is a Long Drive through Canada up there (and back). We would go back, but probably fly and rent a truck camper. Enjoy

      @rvamericayall  4 місяці тому +1

That’s a shame you had to deal with the smoke! We are looking forward to some time in Canada as well!

@@rvamericayall The forest fires/smoke was so bad that we could not even stop in Talkeetna. Was escorted through the active fire zone passing burned out RVs along the road. Never saw Denali for the smoke. May you have a wet year and clear skies in 2025!

Did Star and Astro hold down the fort in FL while you were gone? Just curious what we’d do with Mac the cat if we decided to take a cruise while on the road. Looks you you made the best of the weather and had a great time, well deserved vacation!!!!

Tom or Stacy I know you guys are busy, hate to bother you but have a question we are taking a trip to Texas in March and visiting a couple in North Houston not far from from the airport can you recommend a state park or a RV park that reasonable look some up but reviews were not good some that said areas are not safe to stay at , I would appreciate if you have any suggestions, Patrick !!

We are also planning on going to Alaska and I am wondering what made you decide to go with Alaska Excursion Caravan as opposed to going with the Newmar Special Event Caravan? Both are scheduled for 2025 so we are trying to decide which way to go for ourselves. Please help me decide which way to go.

Hi Fred. We decided we wanted to go with a caravan that specializes 100% in Alaska. We talk more about the reasons why we chose Alaska Excursion Caravan in this post… rvamericayall.com/travel-destinations/north-to-alaska
