Quan I took a Charcuterie class I learned how to make all kind of different size roses out of the different lunch meat. I wish I could have send you are picture of my Charcuterie board . Long time ago , I invested in the same HD mixer with all the accoutrements cost me only < $ 500. Now , would probably be all in all, meat grinder, pasta maker / roller , vege cutter, sausage maker, plus extra mixing bowl, will be 2 grand. The best buy i made. So cooking aficionados, you must get those gadgets when you can.
I admire your skills in the kitchen, lasagna all made from scratch. I'm impressed at the sumptuous spread, that's truly something .
