1/2 Cabbage
1 Cup Daikon
3 Potatoes
4 Tbsp Black Bean Paste
1 Tsp Sugar
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
3 liters Water
3. Mapo Dofu
*Stir-Fry:
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tsp Ginger
1 Tsp Garlic
Ground Chicken
Some Salt
Some Black Pepper
*Cooking:
1 Tbsp Sichuan Pepper
2-3 Tbsp Doubanjiang
1/2 Tbsp Shaoxin Wine
Some Salt
Some Sugar
Cooked Ground Chicken
