I’m usually a UK 20/22 top, 22/24 bottom, (and wear an XL and XXL in H&M sizes, respectively), but in their numeric sized outfits, if the bottoms are not AT LEAST a size 28, and tops a 26, I might as well not even bother trying (…and yet I do… 🙄). This despite the fact that their own size guide claims that the sizes SHOULD match as follows: XL: 22/24, XXL: 24/26, 3X: 28/30, 4X: 32/34. Tldr: their sizing is bonkers
Try snag tights with the dresses which are too short. The tights help as are thick like leggings, you can get footless ones as well.Good job loved you so much.

I really love the lilac button up dress on you. I feel like you could try to find a solid of that same lilac and take it to a tailor and have them sew in a panel and move the buttons so that you don’t have that tightness and then it’s also customized.

The shirt dress…don’t keep something your not totally comfortable wearing, because I guarantee it will sit in your closet most of the time. Even if it’s cute, if it doesn’t fit properly, I would not keep it. Same with the jeans. If too tight, send them back. Lilac jumper is great. A real keeper and pretty on you. Fits properly. Would work with lots of bottoms. The cropped jumper would only work over a dress but not with pants or jeans. Cute pajamas. Happy bananas! Pretty polka dots too.

Love the jumper dresses, particularly the first one. If you’re after jumper dresses then M Lounge Curve from ASOS are great. They’re really soft and warm, I think they only go up to a size 26 but they generally come up quite oversized so I’ve always had to size down. X

I have a dress like the first one and it's also a tiny bit too short for just tights so I wear it with tights and cycling shorts. I like the look of tights and the cycling shorts are subtle but you don't have to worry about flashing people 😅

Snag tights are a game changer!!! They are incredible and so inclusive for all sizes, shapes and heights. I always struggled with tights, like always but now I own about 40+ pairs in all colours and designs! Honestly, game changer!
I am size 30-32 and, since I discovered H&M 4XL, it is my favorite place to shop. Main reason: they are modern, up to date. If you look at their straight sizes section and plus sizes, the vibe, the styles are the same. Plus size is not reduced to cold shoulder tops and floral dresses like it is with other brands. I agree, the sizing is a hit and miss game, most 4XLs are great, some - much too small. I have given up on their jeans, but leggings and sports pants, hoodies, jumper dresses are great! H&M, if you are reading this, please, work with Trina-Louise! ♥♥
Love the haul, some great pieces! I love the purple and green shirt dress, it looks really flattering on you. I think you should get it in the solid white color as well to wear under blazers or sweaters and even Over skinny jeans in the spring with the bottom few buttons unbuttoned and casual. Super cute!!

Lilac and green shirt dress (Maybe you could loosen the belt when you sit down and tighten it when you stand????) 2. Lilac jumper 3. Cropped jumper 4. Jumper dress with piping 5. Black jumper I would keep them all. FYI - I think jeans are the most uncomfortable pants that exist, whether loose or tight. I avoid them at all costs. Yes to the trousers. PAJAMAS 1. Edit: I had a look at their plus size range and I'm not amazed. Very underwhelmed. I'll stick to my beloved website which is cheaper and never fails me ;) H&M has plus size now?? I stopped shopping at H&M about 6 years ago because my ED caused me to gain weight and I could no longer fit into their biggest size of XL, which I believe was/is UK 12 (I'm 5'10).
I don’t know if anyone told you this , but what you call your bottom is actually the fat around your hips the bottom is just under that . I have a similar shape as you so I know , just for the accuracy sake
