I'm Irish and the title of the video made me worry but thankfully all good. The taxi driver from Morocco was fantastic. He's telling you the truth about where to visit in Ireland too. Galway, Cork, especially West Cork, Kerry, Donegal (you won't understand what they're saying half the time but that should be fun too). Hope you enjoy your stay here.
That's Europe for you. They have always been about walkability. London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Paris have always had areas were cars aren't even allowed on certain days.
@geraldbroadnax2992 I'm from New York, and that's what many of us do too. There's literally no need for a car. The bus stop is right there, the train station is a few blocks down, the pharmacy is next door, the market is across the street, etc. We have cities too, and I'm pretty sure Europe has lots of suburbs/countryside that require a car for transportation as well.
@dangercat9188 No, I'm not doubting it, I'm from Philly, so I understand that the older cities have walkable areas and really good public transit, but the newer cities aren't really so much..( Phoenix, Denver, Jacksonville), etc. In Europe, it has ALWAYS been about walkability, and I think they have always built their infrastructure as such.
I'm from Dublin and and it has turned into such a terrible place compared to what it once used to be. I wish you seen it years ago it was much better and even us Irish people were friendlier

Loved what I saw in this video of Ireland 🇮🇪, it was a great representation if they needed someone to sell me on going🛫 there lol😄. Seems to be pretty diverse and most everyone was nice and welcoming in the video. You can also find different ethnic/cultural dishes like displayed in the vid. My mother retired there with her S.O. They are back in NY visiting, they have an apartment in the south of Ireland.

I lived in Northern Ireland for 5 years working for a ferry company...I often took trips to Dublin, Cork, at the time there were not many migrants...that was 14 years ago times change and the world is not the same lime before....Enjoy yourself in Dublin...you should try Irish Stew it´s like a lamb stew...

Ireland used to be a country where people tried to escape from, now you will find people from all parts of the world.
Lack of work up to the end of the 80's was the reason for 'escape', thankfully I never had to pursue that route.
I couldn't imagine living anywhere else.

Loved what I saw in this video of Ireland 🇮🇪, it was a great representation if they needed someone to sell me on going🛫 there lol😄. Seems to be pretty diverse and most everyone was nice and welcoming in the video. You can also find different ethnic/cultural dishes like displayed in the vid. Definitely will be adding Ireland to my bucket list📝 of places to go to now👍👌.

I'm from Dublin and Irish people are very friendly people. And yes was always very clean place and very peaceful on the south side of Dublin where I'm from. @GlennDGrace.
The inner parts of dublin are far from clean, the city and middle-upper class neighbourhoods are cleaner though
