There is no "owner". The dog was never cold. The dog was hurt by the people making the video to get likes and followers. If the dog was cold it would have been shivering, and the people in the video would have worn short sleeved shirts.

Every day I see so many poor dogs mistreated on UA-cam Facebook and I just cannot comprehend the cruelty of mankind towards animals how they take out their anger and frustration and these loving animals. They really have a blackness in their heart. These are people who are incapable of loving anyone because they hate themselves. Thank you for helping this poor puppy. She will beat the odds and lve a strong healthier life as long as shes loved and cared for safe and happy she. Will live a great life.
