Thank you so much! I’ve been working out with you for nearly two years.
When I started out, I was about 225 lbs and I thought 165/170 was an unrealistic goal. I set my goal as 175 and never expected to hit it, but just a few days ago I weighed in at 175.3!
Now I just want to lose another five pounds… And then perhaps five more! 😂
Seriously, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping me get here!

@@manish2895 I vary my exercise but I am still going strong. I get up in the morning and I do calisthenics six days a week.
I start with Igor’s warm-up routine and then I do a double round of Sally Up Push-ups (I complete the entire song, twice without stopping, for 60).
From there I move on to whatever I decide to work that day. I also do a little weight training mixed in here and there but not usually more than once in a week and some weeks not at all.
Right now I am working on unlocking handstands, and it is proving to be a difficult process for me. I am also currently working on L-Sits (I am up to 15 seconds per rep, and I complete it four times). I also do dragon flags, burpees, battle rope, squats, pull-ups, and a variety of plank and push-up exercises.
Honestly, there isn’t much schedule to it. I pretty much just wing it. I feel that the important thing is to just do something. Resistance training is important for an aging body to continue to be useful and I don’t want to become one of those old people who can barely move, or not move at all!
I do my ‘dailies’ plus a variety of exercises which compliment whatever I’m currently working to advance.
I could probably be doing things better/more efficiently, but I do my own thing.
I have gained a ton of strength and body tone, but I still have that stubborn lower belly fat. I don’t worry too much about it though, as there isn’t a real end goal for me, as I don’t see myself ever stopping.

Here it goes again…
I’m still doing calisthenics six days a week and eating clean (mostly).
I wake up and start with Igor’s warm-up, followed by a double round of Sally Up push-ups (I complete the whole song twice, without a rest between, for 60 consecutive reps).
Then I move on to whatever I’m working on that day…. There is no set schedule, but I do burpees, battle rope, frog stands, dips, L-Sits, dragon flags, pull-ups, push-up and plank variations, squats, and I throw some weight training in for good measure too.
I’ve gained back some of my weight, but I feel like some of that is muscle. I’m overall happy with my weight at the moment, but I’d like a little more tone.
The next big thing I really want to unlock is handstands, but it’s proving difficult, and eventually, dare I say it, I’d like to be able to do a planche.
I have no real end goal, since I don’t see myself having an ‘end’. I just want to maintain a healthy lifestyle and not become an old person who can barely move their body.

Just so everyone knows, no single exercise or set of exercises will lose fat in just your belly. Everyone loses fat in differently but it's done overall, not in specific spots

this does not work for anyone (atleast not the way the title implies). there is no way to only lose fat in the belly region, for example by doing stomach excercies.
the only thing this challenge will do is build muscle and strenght.
