Oh I love good spring kale/field lettuce fried up in olive oil or butter with fresh spring dandelion greens & flowers, a little dandelion wine never hurts either but, never seems to make it to the bottle. I had kale dandelion, ramps, chive and clover for greens tonite for dinner..so good I threw some tomato corn & okra I had in it too.. real good mix
my Grandaddy told me,,," leaves of 3,,,let 'em be "
Very good video fellers
I'd been reading about Sweet Cecily. Poison hemlock looks a lot like it. I ate some and it is quite tasty. I was tempted to eat more than I did. Had no ill effects luckily.
Plants in the woods........wrote a song about them and here it goes........
I like wild blackberries. They grow around where I live.
I have to wait till 4th of July for them where I live, but last years crop was tasty, real rich flavor. In back of the church where I am the sexton I have plenty on 1/4 acre with brush&woodlot. Each night I go out after them I have to visit with the local whitetail doe & my little cottontail rabbit buddy, they probably figure I'm a good person because I eat with them consistently & get my venison out of town. We have a community garden & with my rapport with them we get along just fine & they only eat from the compost. The rabbit is relaxed when he visits me in the garden, he behaves and the gardeners are astonished.. giving him some dandelions and plantain (if I didn't eat them all) while I was weeding probably helped. Squirrels are another story..if I could just train them to till the gardens as we want..
My good friend (and good 'ole boy) is moving from Illinois to Kentucky. JB Pritzer is breaking this state!

I was cleaning up my youtube subscribers and I just couldn't bring myself to unsubscribing to you guys. Great videos guys and I like them all but this one is a good one to me. Have a great day you guys.
Cleavers is GREAT for the lymph system.
At the start of your video you showed what poison ivy looks like, the one you showed had 4 dull leaves, when I was a kid my dad told me poison ivy has 3 shiny leaves and I have only seen 3 shiny leaves.
The Poison Ivy you see is three leaves. The other shown is Virginia Creeper.
If the leaves are shiny, don't wipe your hiney
@@samdavis5079
Shiny has nothing to do with it. Leaves of three, crimson (red) in the crotch of the leaves. Here in Georgia, they are not always shiny....rarely shiny from my experience. Sometimes smooth edge. Sometimes serrated. Just stay away from leaves of three with crimson crotch.
@@samdavis5079 Dear Lord!
so cute
Groovy
Don't wipe your butt with poison ivy. My wife sister did that once, at girls camp. OUCH.
Burdock is edible too. 🤗
Read the book , The yellow bus😎😎
Maple tree seeds are good for. Us
You didn’t mention elderberry or other berries
its no mistake the pharmaceutical company owns the herbicide company
May be poison. May be be edible. Forget it. I'll just go to the grocery store for food and medicines.
Funny, that's how I feel about listeria in the greens @ the supermarkets .. medicine is something I try to stay away from too.. learn & be safe, and if the animals don't eat it, you shouldn't either.. plenty to eat in this world..
Poke is great with eggs. Gotta get the young shoots of poke and bring it to hard boil and drain 3 times or it will make you sick or ded.
I tried young, tender dandelions in my salad once. They were awful.
Hahahahaha this made me laugh hard for some reason
Man, don't y'all know anything bout poke salat?
ya'll got some catnip????
Cardiac glycosides, stop your heart dead still.
Yee haa you guys are awesome, the wife and I just love too eat that there wild Mary Jane and laugh for hours hot dang.
Theses brothers can't tell the difference between indica and sativa 🌴✨😎
