Not sure you can answer this but.. I have been told that when using any headers you almost HAVE to re tune the ECU to see results? I can almost guarantee a full bolt on is a safe way to gain conservative HP correct?! Am I off my rocker? Asking for a friend 😄
In Texas, you need cats but you can get some pretty forgiving aftermarket cats, most people get a tune once you have headers to properly give the right amount of airflow though. I’m hesitant to tune and have borla exhaust and CAI.

Project BlackOut yes. But u can have it tuned so it doesn’t show up.
