    As much as I love the original 1939 recording, I have to say this is my favorite version of "Moonlight Serenade" by Miller, ever. The strings, the haunting solo violin of George Ockner, the french horns, so very tender. Thanks for sharing this.

    What a wonderful arrangement! I wonder how he would have performed it in the 1950s or 1960s. We can only dream...
