After I selected the site plate i can not find solid color tool. Where can i get it? In the video, I saw a popup menu at the bottom-right corner of your screen, but I can't find it in my mine.
I'm not sure why the bar on the bottom right could be missing. Maybe try resetting the Photoshop layout. You can go to Layer-New Fill Layer-Solid color as an alternative.

As I see the main role is for Photoshop

how do you download and add them on photoshop so easily
Trees? You'll find Brushes with a .abr extension on the Internet. Download them and just double click, it'll get added into Photoshop.
