To my knowledge, Millit knives is making the Rieff series of knives. It’s kind of shitty that they are essentially acting as middle men, and adding a sizable markup for these knives. Unless they are doing a bunch of work to them, they shouldn’t be charging $400 for that knife. I paid $120 for my SRK 3V. I know it doesn’t compare as far as finish goes, but it works exactly as good as I need it to, and then some.
Fascinating comment, cheers!
I think that's a really cool knife and it seemed to perform well. 👍 Thanks for sharing, take care and Cheers!
Thank you buddy
im binge watching all your videos i missed brotha
lol. I’m sorry
Definitely no frills for $400.
Definitely
3v srk is available on midway every month for $100.
3V Recon Scout out classes this knife in every way and is something like $150 at midway.
These guys are hoping their social media game will sell their $150 knife for $400, I don't see that happening.
Except the sell thousands 🤷🏻♂️
Where is the generous finger choil to do those fine tasks? Nice job with the workout as it did well....Nice knife but a little pricey as you stated....Good stuff....
At the blade end of the handle.
Nice review once again. Very detailed which at this price point, demands it. You identified/invented a term which I'm encountering and honestly struggling with on some knives of late: "broom-sticky" handles. I have an Ursus Cub that I'm not enjoying as much as I thought I would because of this trait. Anyhow this blade seems like it missed it's true price point by $100.00 in my opinion.
The architect 5.5 would’ve went through that piece of oak like butter. I love that knife.
Sue you, no; advise you, yes.
Lay-oo-koo. Emphasis on the Lay.
You're welcome.
Broomsticky is certainly a word.
Those open lanyard holes fill with dirt.
Closed ends are way better in use.
Good video and review 🫡
Love the knife but for $400 that's just a fat ass hell fkn nah. There are many others with good steel for a lot cheaper
Reiff knives to me are just missing that “Cool Factor”. At that price point, it needs to be a “Cool Tool”...reminds me of the plain old Esee 6 or re-imagined Tops Bob on steroids...
They definitely are missing that. They are about as basic as it gets
Cool is for TikTok,practical is for survival
that baton is sexy as hell brotha
I just had a birthday, even tho it was 24 years ago. It was supposedly a couple of days ago so idk, but anyway, my mom told me I can buy another knife I wanted the Bravo 3, she said it was to expensive 😢 so I wasn't gonna talk her into it, so then I order the council tool 5 pound spliter, then I canceled it and ordered a svord hog beater.🗡🗡🗡 But the Bravo 3 is twice the length with the same steel. Maybe you can sell that knife and get the Bravo 3 for me🤗 ha no for you haha.. I like the Bravo 3 with out that swedge.
lol. I always wanted the bravo 3
Shit yea man! That’s how you do it! Haha. Crazy chunk of wood. That $400 though…🤔💪🔪
@@WhatsthePOINT_EDC that’s a chunk of change that’s tougher to swallow than the chunk of wood 🤣
I'm not going to lie I was pretty excited about these when they came out. But once I heard the cost vs. what you get made me say no immediately.
I agree
🤘🏼🇺🇸🇺🇸🤘🏼
💪🏼
Swiss Tech just came out with a new knife and I know you’ve reviewed another of their knives. This one is called the kraftig and is d2 instead of aus8. A bushcraft knife, for a future review video idea.
At Walmart?
@@peterbiltknifeguy yes. Many don’t have them in stock just yet though.
Sweet. I’ll check it out
Soon you will see it on temu for less than $35, and will perform the same way. That’s why these companies don’t last long. 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
Anywhere near 400$ isn't a true working knife because nobody who would really use it would pay that.... except for maybe you!😒🤪
I never see you shout out any sponsors so I assume you pay for all your knives.
I want in on whatever your illicit side gig is.
99% of the knives in show are mine or loaned to me.
