Would have made more sense to NOT build the second fence EIGHT INCHES inside their property line. If they’d just run the fence as close as possible to the line then Mr Grumpy could’ve just sunk a post next to it and then added a gate. These are not the brightest people here. Now the couple are responsible for mowing the 8” strip between their fence and Grumpy’s. How’s that supposed to work?
The guy makes sense you have to build so many inches onto your own property. They changed their minds after taking his old fence down and then moved it I don’t understand why this judge can’t grasp what he doesn’t understand what is being said !

I don’t know why people care about fences and fighting in court about it when so many other things are more important.
