Works great! It looks like you bought it in a store in the 80's. It's hard to believe that this is a radio station from the war. Very well and compactly designed interior. Every square centimeter was used inside. The modular structure allows for the replacement of damaged units.
I've been waiting for your next history lesson, and that "boyish" grin you get every time things work well! hi hi I appreciate your love for the radio hobby and history. thanks for all you do and share with us. 73 wd9m
Hej Helge! Glad to see you’re back! Great video as usual . Extremely nice job on this little radio. Always great pleasure to watch your videos ! Would be great to work you some time. Maybe on 40 m or so. Or maybe In Eskilstuna in April. 73 from Dalarna. SA4GWT Carsten

Super, thank you for the demonstration. I love that e52!! Does it concern you when replacing old components? Do you hide modern parts in the old cases where you can or make reproductions of the original?
Excellent! Are the tubes in this radio rare? Or are replacements easy to find? What about cost for tube replacements? I am rebuilding a very old radio myself and I am finding for my radio that tube replacements are hard to find and they are expensive as well. Thanks again for your wonderful UA-cam channel! I am always excited to see new videos from you! 😀
Nice set Helge! Works great ! Audio on the mike is a bit wizzy, Throath set is remarkably good.. Maby thry a other mike on it.. Germans knowing it should soud better on tx.. Rx is nice!! .
Thanks for the comment. Yes, the carbon grain microphone didn't sound so good, but it was easy to understand. Those I communicated with had modern transmitters. So the sound in the receiver was good.
25:53 minute of the film, German radio stations are shown taken out of the Sd.Kfz transporter. 251 with the proper name Rosi from the Pilica River in Poland. Most likely, it was the communications vehicle of the 19th Armored Division, commander Kellner. At the end film you can see this vehicle. ua-cam.com/video/VEb37nBqp1Y/v-deo.html
Utrolig! Mvh LB3BJ

Thanks Helge for education and fun of seeing these radios inside and in use.

Takk for den fine kommentaren.
Extremely interesting demonstration, always a pleasure to hear Norwegian amateurs operating vintage equipment. Thank you.
As usual master-piece of German engineering. Superb! Loved the video. Please, keep making them! Thank you!

Great Video Helge. Amazing workmanship in those rigs. Built to take a lot of punishment. Solid construction.
I really enjoy your videos. They remind me of my beginnings in amateur radio, in 1966.

Sometimes I have to change capacitors.
Then I open the old ones and insert a newer one inside.

Very good interesting video
No wonder they ran of aluminium to construct their aircraft. There must be half the wing of a Messerschmitt Bf-109 in that little radio!
Its probably zalmac ..
And even yet Telefunken, Lorenz and Siemens made the best engineered and crafted radio equipment of II War...

8:20 It's written on the microphone: "Feind hört mit" ("Enemy is listening") so be careful what you say 😅 73 de DL1LAJ - Andreas
I was wondering what that said.
Does it translate into: Enemy is listening WITH you - - ?
An actual ww2 laringophone in use! How did you find that in a good condition??
Fantastic!
Thanks
Das ist ein interessantes Object.
What was the distance you worked on, and what is the outgoing power to the antenna?
Thanks for the comment.
Power output was approx. 0.6 watts
And the distance was only within the same city, no more than approx. 3km
Gründlich entwickelt und dann robust gebaut = unkaputtbar!

No, it's brand new. :-)
