Great frag from the lunna rossa line - probably the best one definitely underrated.
I’m in love with this fragrance. I discovered it earlier this year when I blind bought a travel spray from fragrance net. Funny thing is it wasn’t an instant love at first smell. I smelled it at first spray and it was way too powdery for me so I just used it up to be done with it. A few months later I found the empty canister and smelled the atomizer and I was blown away. Like how did I sleep on this fragrance and the fact that it still smelled strong! Anyway I finally purchased the 100mL just before fall. I am wearing it right now and I love it. Compliment puller as well. Be blessed!!
This isn’t reviewed enough this is one of the best fragrances going and it’s stronger then most parfums and it’s a toilette ! I’m going to do a review on this one !

This beauty get me best compliments and my wife love it.. 3-4 sprays in morning, like 6-7h later.. people still compliments me!🤘🏼Weird! Haha..

I love the smell, I don't get Le Male comparison though. For me it's a sweater, less citrusy, with better opening version of Versace the Dreamer (which I love btw). Fantastic smell, I'm going to buy it when I finish my Dreamer bottle.

I nearly bought this a few hours ago when I was out.
This reminded me VERY much of Le Male the first time I sprayed it.
I was disappointed in Sport, mostly for the reasons you explained. I also put way too many hopes on it (especially for a blind buy) because I had so much love for the Extreme flanker. LRS is missing that top end spice that I love in LRE. I'm gonna give it another chance later this year though. It's a pretty safe cool/cold weather daytime scent, I just need to think a bit more objective about it.
As you probably saw I just picked this up on a steal from Ross. I wasn't the biggest fan of Le male so this one's just okay to me but my wife really enjoys it. Great video!

I bought my current bottle 2 years ago and just really started wearing it a little bit over a month ago. Since then I haven't been able to put it down. My question is why has the price shot up so much? I paid 44.50 for a 3.4 and now the cheapest I can find it is 104 usd
That happened to all pradas, carbon in 2019-2020 was $50usd on discounters all day long and then out of nowhere its been right there next to sauvage testers.

Thx for the review. After googling a bit, I found many people compare the 212 Sexy Men by Carolina Herrera to JPG's Le Male. I never tried the latter, but own the former, and although I like it quite a bit, I find it a bit heavy, hard to use in the warm and hot nights we have here at south america. In this sense, would Luna Rossa Sport be a better bet?

I agree about the Le Male and Sauvage! I know this one is popular, but just not my thing at all. LOVE Prada Amber (Man)....that is their best, imho.

Gary Martin sport isn't as good as i expected doesn't last as long as carbon, totally different smell it reminds me of jpg le male but not as sharp, vanilla toned down but noticeable. Next time yu in Macy's or sephora spray some on skin & walk around see how it wrks on yu in a hr or 2.

W It's gross lol. It smells literally like an old granny soap. I have a decant I keep around just to mess with ppl that come over. I tell them it's a "fancy soap" smell like many reviewers say and literally out of about 11 ppl I've done this to 10 have said "ew why?!" And the other just said "eh it's not too bad". It last a pretty good while and for some reason it's really hard to wash off lol so it makes for a good prank especially on younger. I can see older ppl not hating it, maybe 30 and up, but I can not see why anyone would want to pay that price to smell like old lady soap, it's just not refreshing or clean smelling at all.

I’ll have to sample this one as I’m not the biggest Prada fan. Not a knock on Prada but most of their releases haven’t appealed to me with the exception of L’homme. Ashton, which fragrance is better between Luna Rossa Carbon or Sauvage? Many people have been on record it’s a “copycat” of Sauvage but I personally don’t get that.
Alberto Gonzalez it only takes one person to call Prada Rossa Carbon a copycat and then everyone follows like sheep and says the same thing .

Honestly - I agree. Smells super close to Givenchy Pi. I think it is less stuffy than Pi.
It also gives me a similiar vibe to YSL LNDL.

I could do Envol, sure. For me it's different from The Dreamer. They both have lavender of course, but they're done in different ways.

Actually, yeah there's a very easy comparison to make... Luna Rossa Sport. I wrote a fragrantica review for LRS that sort of expressed some slight disappointment, and I described it as the daytime version of LRE. Which, now that I think about it, is fine... but I tend to wear nighttime fragrances in the daytime, especially in the cold weather... which made LRS a bit redundant for me personally.
The Vanilla/Lavender duo exists in LRE. It's as though LRS is living within LRE in it's full form -- serving as a core -- with extra bits added above and below it. There's an aromatic dimension to LRE that makes it a lot sexier. There's a tinge of what smells like liquorish at first, and may smell a bit too food-like for some, but for me that goes away in about 20 minutes. Rasasi Tasmeem is one I'd mention as well, because it has a cumin note the smells too food-like as well, but in LRE that vibe ducks down just enough to be perfect (at least on my skin).
One quirk about LRE: it's good to hunt for on eBay, as long as you don't care about the appearance. The bottle is painted, which leaves it susceptible to shipping damage. The paint tends to chip and peel, so sellers dump it off at a cheaper price on eBay. I got a 50ml bottle for $31 because it looked like total shit. After I began to love it, I got a nice looking 100ml bottle to sit proudly in the collection.

It's much more like Le Male. Lolita Lempicka has a really prominent licorice note.
