To create anything like the work in this video maybe yes, but everybody has to start somewhere, and basic techniques can be practiced with a starters kit then added to. Being inspired leads someone to wanting to learn and improve, I don't expect these results for a long time.

No where near his level of artistry, but I know what he is saying in the time and cost. Many just don't understand or appreciate the time and work for the cost.
Absolutely amazing! I'm doing some simple leather projects myself so I know how long time and work deserve to create such a complicated art.
