I think people are fascinated by serial killers because we can't imagine being in the head of psychopath.
Unfortunately, we remember the name of the serial killer in question but not the victims.

How many Serial Killers are operating in Ireland that are under the radar we know nothing about there's so many missing people in Ireland they could all be victims. it's a frightening thought.

@@johndoherty4976 I agree with you, it's terrifying. How could all those women go missing for nobody to know anything. Finger pointing at Larry Murphy is one thing, finding the killer/killers is another. It could be your nextdoor neighbour, a family member, a friend. They hide in plain sight, it's how they work.
