Carolina Cyclone is an Arrow Dynamics Custom Looper located at Carowinds in North (and South!) Carolina. When it opened, it was the first ever coaster to feature four inversions.
Carolina Cyclone's model would actually be slightly cloned at other parks. Rolling X-Train (Everland), Python (Efteling), and Canyon Blaster (Adventuredome) all feature very similar layouts, with a few alterations.

I suppose Dunia Fantasi (an amusement park in Jakarta) still have Halilintar up and running; which is more or less a diet version of the Carolina Cyclone, but mirrored. A word of warning that it's a painful ride, but still enjoyable nonetheless :D
I'm surprised that Dufan hasn't replaced it with anything else.
