I have an issue with an RSS40 Raymond stacker where the up lift and sideshift functions have gone out after taking delivery. I recharged the battery and the issue remains. There is a clicking noise coming from the top right area of the electrical panel every time I try to use these functions. There is a large round fuse located right there, could it be an issue with the fuse?
Everytime you use the hydraulic functions the pump motor should run. If the motor does not run, check if the contactor for the motor engages. If the contactor engages, check fuse and motor brushes. If contactor does not engage, check wiring. If the motor runs but still no hydraulic functions, check the pump. This is assuming your battery is good.
Hi I have a Toyota 15, 1997 year. issue with Contactor not clicking, no contactor. We tried changing the main contactor and computer box but still sometimes the main contactor does not click. the truck is fully electric and the battery is new and good. What do you think?
@@forkliftgeek10 Does not appear to be a cable break between the computer box and Contactor. We suspect contactor for back which is broken or oxide on contact surfaces. it is possible?
Hi there, thank for this video i got an issue with my forklift which is on but have some error codes, AD-2 AD-4 AD-1 that causes the fork to stop moving. really appreciate your advice on this.
@@juniorandy2409 there are lots of possible causes for these codes. It is not as simple as replacing a part. Worst case scenario is that its the motor drivers which are expensive.

E43 is a air/ fuel mixture abnormality code. This be caused by a lot possible causes. The O2 sensor tells the computer if the system is running too lean or too rich to be able to properly diagnose this you need to look at what the O2 sensor is sending, but take note that it does not necessarily mean the O2 sensor is faulty. Some possible causes would be vacuum leak, fuel injector, faulty O2, MAF sensor, faulty wiring, etc.
@@aaronvicente7050 had one on Friday. Throttle Flattens out after a minute or so. Code E-43 Or P1816. Ended up being a bad LP vaporizer. Dash readings were 27-29kpa close enough to the specs of 30-35kpa but not good enough.
Never work on forklifts but always enjoy your videos and find them fascinating

These codes are communication error codes between main board and motor drivers, so the answers is yes.

Hi i have a toyota 8BE20U, with a 69-4 error code. Can you give me a information about this code please?
I'm guessing it's an 8FBEU20. 69-4 is backward tilt lock solenoid open or short.
Good 🎉
I'm trying to help a friend identify an engine that replaced the Cummings that came in it. I've got some pictures I'd like to send you.
Look me up on Instagram and dm the picture to me. I'll try to identify it or maybe ask someone that would know.
