Nice job, would have used moisture board as a replacement, also same things going to happen again due to extractor location and probably not adequate enough

Thanks, moisture board wouldnt make any difference in my opinion as its the same gypsum based board as standard board with the exception of maybe a different colour paper it would hold moisture or water in the same way and decay in the same way. These walls were double boarded so in fairness if theres another leak it, if not treated it will have the same effect. Thanks for your comment 👍🏻
