Happy Valentines day young men! Hope your day is awesome. I am not a reseller, a 60-year-old grandma who doesn't play video games but loves to watch this channel. Yes, it is a bit odd as my 4 grown adult children tell me. I really think all of you boys are very sweet and super hard working. I always keep you in my prayers to do well with the business and your own lives as well. So have a happy day with your loved ones. Keep up the awesome work and ideas you use to improve your business.🐩🐩🐩
Thanks for the amazing content guys! Love walking through your business and seeing the actual thought process of things/improvements!! God bless Chase, Skylar, Alex, Dave, and Matt as well as everyone’s families!!!
I've been a dedicated follower of your collection videos for some time now, but lately, I've found it challenging to fully connect with the content. While I understand the shift towards buying collections is often a strategic move in the reselling and collecting space, it's left me feeling a bit disconnected. For me, the original allure of game hunting lay in the thrill of the chase, the excitement of uncovering hidden gems in the wild, and the genuine interactions with fellow enthusiasts. Your charisma and the way you navigated those moments were what initially drew me in. However, as the industry has evolved and the focus has shifted towards bulk collection purchases, I can't help but feel like the magic of those authentic hunting experiences is fading away. The commodification of our beloved hobby is bittersweet. While it's understandable from a business standpoint, it's disheartening to see the emphasis on transactional exchanges overshadow the joy of discovery and personal connections. The competitive landscape, particularly with the rise of resellers trading in high-value items like sealed consoles, can feel overwhelming for small-time collectors like myself. Despite these challenges, my love for games remains unwavering. I've tried to adapt, seeking out flexible sellers and nurturing relationships with local game stores to recapture some of that original spirit. Yet, I can't shake the feeling that the hobby I once cherished is slipping further from my grasp. In many ways, it reminds me of commercial fishing, where small-scale operations struggle to compete against industrial-scale enterprises. While I respect individuals pursuing their passions as businesses, it's made me question where I fit into this evolving landscape. I want to express my continued support for your channel and the positive energy you bring to the gaming community. Your content remains a source of inspiration and joy for me, even as I navigate these shifting dynamics. However, if this is the inevitable trajectory for hobbyists like myself, I fear it may no longer be the right path for me. Thank you for all the memories and insights you've shared over the years. I'll remain a loyal viewer, though my participation in the collecting scene may take a different form moving forward. Here's to hoping I can rediscover the magic of gaming in new and unexpected ways. - a humble fan of the crew
Thanks for being a fan as long as you have! The thrill of the hunt has not left us, and we are eagerly awaiting the local hunts and connections as spring and summertime roll around!
@@bryanreed3559 I have nothing but respect for the crew, I think its impressive how much the business has evolved over the years and I am eager to see what's next. Businesses have to diversify and its cool to see how they've adapted to the changing landscape. I'm sure Ebay is still a large part of their model but you cant deny the unquenchable thirst for the personal experience you get from a live whatnot auction. I welcome the change but eh level of diversification seen is something I'll be unable to emulate.
@@catrpcrew Thanks for the reply. Sorry for getting a bit sentimental but alas, this is my passion. Keep the videos coming, collections and all. At the end of the day I love seeing whatever comes out of those boxes and the way you guys present content is genuine and authentic and I thoroughly enjoy the connection and chemistry that the crew has for each other. I can also speak for everyone here when I say; WE WANT MORE BROTHER DAVE. Cheers guys, best of luck for the changing of the seasons, I'm thrilled to hear that there will be more hunting content in the future.
GameCube Broadband Adapter only supported 8 games worldwide. Most only supported LAN. Notable titles being 1080 Avalanche, Kirby Air Ride, Mario Kart Double Dash, and Phantasy Star Online.
I still remember my one and only purchase from you gents. Was a COD black ops 2 metal sign. My favorite piece in my collection. Shipped super fast, super well packaged as well. Thing will stay with me forever
Any chance on a PS2 Predator Concrete Jungle manual in that bunch??? HAHAHAHA. Great video, guys! Yall have really been a big inspiration for me and my son in our business! Kepp the great content coming! Thanks -Brandon from AllSpark Toys-N-Games
Literally was looking for that Perfect Legends figure today. I'm a buyer at $70 and i really missed out if you're at $30... gotta get on that whatnot game.
What Not seems like a great place to get some deals. However I personally can't be buying random games for random systems. I am at the point in my collecting that I go after specific games or systems. The idea of sitting for hours at the hope of something I am after turns up is very unappealing. I'm ok with missing on a potential deal vs using my time for other things. Financially I try to spend under $150 a week on buying collection items, and I honestly don't know how good I'm at keeping with that budget. What Not seems like an easy way for me to get into debt, or use my budget towards items that aren't necessarily things I would have bought had I spent the time researching and buying over a wider time frame. What Not is just too impulsive for me. I need to be laser focused with my time and money.

That was deep man
One of the things I find interesting is how much they’ve done with EBay just to toss them to the 3rd burner for whatnot & Amazon this year.

that wasnt the main reason for buying one - streaming games across from a pc was the start of piracy on the gamecube....

Happy Valentine's Day!
I like whatnot idea but a lot of things on what not go for more than eBay prices and in worse condition, doesn’t make sense.
I might be crazy but did I hear the 'low' or 'urgent low' sound!?
Does XYAB ship to switzerland?
