Its legitimately weird for any Kings Island ride to be down all day, especially a damn B&M (they also have a remarkable amount of rides that are significantly better as night rides)
Wise choice to start with The Bat! I know you were planning to ride Banshee first, but Bat is the only major coaster at KI that does not have Fast Lane, so riding it first thing can save you some time!
So sad to see that Beast and Banshee were closed the whole day. I go lots and it’s very rare to see a major coaster closed the whole day. Hope you get on it sometime.
I’ve been going to Kings Island since it opened. Other than Disney World, this is my favorite theme park. And the Beast is still my favorite coaster of all time. Especially at night. And anyone whining about the roughness needs to grow a, you know what I mean.
You guys come back, if it isn't extremely busy, the ride ops are very accommodating. Just ask for front or back, they'll make it happen. Kings Island is the greatest, glad you enjoyed, sorry about the Beast and Banshee! Oh, and Invertigo is really awesome, probably the most intense in the park. Next time.
Wow, Kings Island is my home park and I've maybe never seen a ride down for the whole day. Maybe for a couple hours, but not the whole day! Unlucky!! Also, to call Kings Island small is like calling the USA a small country, it may not be the biggest but it's the largest park in the Cedar Fair chain.
Having listened to the Coaster Cuzzies episode you were on before watching this and seeing the excitment in that intro, brutal. Bummer some of the major rides were closed.
Funny how he kept calling the kings Island rides clones when they are the Og’s.. and saying kings island is a small park is weird when it’s the biggest amusement park in the mid west.
It’s my home park your not missing much with the beast it’s overhyped it’s just strait track and trims. I think mystic timbers is also overrated but it’s far better than the beast
The Beast is awesome. If you go in wanting it to be El Toro you’re going to be disappointed. But if you go in expecting a long ride that feels more remote than it should be able to, you’ll love it like I did. I’ve only been to the park once, but I personally have it above Diamondback and 3rd in the park behind Mystic and Orion (which is super underrated)
@@justiceleaguebattleformetr9239 same here, Beast at night is a legendary night ride experience. It all plays into the theming of it, going into the woods at night and not knowing what's out there plus the double helix at the end of the ride just gives you pure anxiety.
I think I may have gone on that day also. Kings Islands rides are never down, its rare for them to be down.
Was a very unlucky day I think! 😥

It is! One time I went, both Banshee AND Delirium were down, apparently they had a power shortage!

I’ve heard that! We must have got very unlucky 🥲

Fun info The Bat came out as Top Gun from the movie

It was a roller coaster of a day 🤣 Need to get back to this park!!
Remember, Kings Dominion is the clone of Kings Island.
I love the Bat. I would recommend
So sad you didnt get to ride Banshee. It is my favorite.
I LOVE KINGS ISLAND!!!!!!!!!!!

When you’re at Kings Island, I didn’t see you guys ride it. I didn’t see the drops. 4:50 4:52 I don’t see you guys ride it?

He should’ve done his research before he came to Kings Island and the rides clones

Yeah I’ve heard beast isn’t super intense or mind blowing, but really wanted to try a night ride on it :(

I think Beast is so much better than Mystic Timbers. I’ve always been super disappointed with Mystic
