It's my understanding that with the reopening of Vienna, the boutique is now managed directly by H whereas before it was operated by a franchise. Naturally one can only speculate but I imagine there will be changes that clients may see as time goes on. Thanks for this lovely video. XX
Exactly! The SA I talked to at Chanel also said it should get better, but I am also well aware that I am not the most interesting client as I don't buy tons of stuff just to build up an account history of big spendings. Do you call them or walking in the store and talk directly to the SA to book an appointment? When I asked the SA about an appointment she said she cannot schedule anything for this month as they are fully booked. Afterwards, I checked if you can request appointments online but I didn't find anything so I guess you just have to call or text your SA - which I did but she told me once again that she cannot yet schedule any appointments for Nov back then. She said she will get back to me, since then I have not asked again and also not heard anything again. I'll be in Paris soon and try me luck there 😄 And will keep you updated here on my channel once I know more about the system in Vienna 😊 Thanks dear! 🤍
Der Hermes Store in Wien war ein Franchise Store- nun ist es ein Flagship Store. Daher wurden auch keine Angestellten usw. übernommen da es nun auch ein komplett neues System ist. Hermes Salzburg ist ebenfalls ein Franchise- was aber sehr selten ist. Die meisten Hermes Boutiquen sind Flagshipstores. Lg 😌
Finde es trotzdem schade und persönlich nicht ganz nachvollziehbar, die bisherigen Angestellten hatten ja langjährige Beziehungen zu KundInnen, kennen die Produkte, usw. Sag mal, bist du diejenige, mit der ich mich im Store unterhalten habe, und die mir eine Nachricht auf Insta geschrieben hat? Wollte gerade antworten, aber finde die DM leider auf einmal nicht mehr. 🙁
