Avoid those cowboys at any cost, meant to fly with them from Bangkok to Jeddah two months ago in business class after sitting on board for two hours the aircraft was broken down. We had to embark in very chaotic way sent to cockroaches invested hotel even though flying business class hotel in the middle of nowhere, no information given, after 30 hours of being in the hotel we were taken back to the airport only to be told go back to the hotel. I had to go and find someone to give me some information as no staff were available whatsoever and I had to take my own Qatar Airways and pass by , Jeddah to fly back to London. I’ve actually taken them to court since so my advice is avoid this. No word to describe carrier rather than airline.
I also had a bad experience with Saudia in 2022. But I wanted to give them a second chance as there was a rebanding and the ticket fare was very intestesting (50% less than Qatar Airways/Emirates). And this time, I was quite happy with the service Saudia offered. Guess they are in an improvement phase.
