Safi+fatty difference is only miniscule, resentment gives more +5 raw compared to peak performance and he use fatty weapon, so the elemental boost is rather weak, not to mention kusha isnt weak to dragon. Maybe these small changes helped him to perma knock kushala, or maybe he just want to use the set. Also, he used AT velk armor when fighting teo, not safi/fatty.
hey zensei sorry for long answer. 2 fatty and 3 safi armor : give you more damage because Resentment and weapon augement ( all attack ) Because you get more affinity from safi set and you can use this build for easy lock monster example kushala or velkhana on teostra i using Frostcraft because you can burst teostra with aerial style, and on animation mount your frostcraft bar can rechanger, that really good for burst teostra i hope you can understand what i talking about ^^ if you have any question you can DM me on Discord
Safi armor, each attack reduced your health, but you will restore your health once you pass certain hit threshold, missed attack doesnt count, so you can die if you frequently missed your attacks.
