What is the max temp on the smoker section? I saw that you could bake in there but cannot get mine above 250(which is fine for smoking but not for baking).

Great video and was super helpful. Does anyone else have issues with this smoker getting higher then 250? I’m not sure if it’s my outlet, or what but I turn the smoker power on high and it will not go over 250
