Do you guys think this is a good competitor to the EcoFlow River Max? Or any other 500-600Wh power station?

I think the River Max is better by a long shot. Faster charging and more portable than the EB55.

The one thing the EB55 has over the River Max is battery cycle life. It will last 5x longer, which (to me) is a ton of value if u use it a lot

I think the EB55 would have been a better power station if it charged faster.

I think it charges really fast, but it doesn't charge nearly as fast as the EcoFlow River Max from the wall

Great video and in depth. I really love mine. I do wish I got an EB70S for a little more, but this was my first to see how I like them so my next one I am going to a really big model like the AC200MAX. Do you know what type of connector the barrel connector is when charging via AC on the right input? I would like to get an MC4 adapter to that to bring in solar through it also.

FYI: The Ground port of the AC outlet has nothing there, it is just a hole, so basically no Ground, my unit is EB70.
The AC charger LED will turn red during charging, once the battery is full the LED will turn green.
Do you know what the idle power consumption is if every thing are turned on but no load connected? My EB70 inverter draws about 15W (ECO mode is Off), the DC section draw about 2 W.

Good review and that's a good deal for that PPS, but have you had a chance to look at the Aguei Solar Generator 375Wh? I think its a good bang for buck now that they added a $100 Coupon when I reviewed it, which makes it $215.

I'll have to check it out. Haven't heard of it, but just from price alone for the battery - seems like a nice budget option
