Saw one guy on another channel, he tack welded the very end of the flat and the curve, then worked it in to the Pittsburgh seam. Really enjoying the content, learning a lot as I am new to the foxbody. Spent years playing with 1 ton Ford trucks for mud bogs, sled pulls and off road, now it's time to relive my 90s youth and build a fox
Im impressed with your build/work. You dont add a bunch of BS talking and moving the camera around and you get to the point of your video. How far along are you with the Fox? New subscriber.
It’s pretty much done. I’ve been 5.40’s at 127mph on 16lbs in the 1/8 already. Still getting everything dialed in. But it’s going in the right direction for sure. Thanks for watching and subscribing
Thats great. Definitely knocking out some good times then. Im going to do a 02 Mustang that Im picking up tomorrow. Have an S10 that Ive been playing with for about 5 years and I guess its time for something different. Thanks for the videos
Coyote swap is definitely the way to go. M probably making close to 1,000 hp with a stock Gen2 motor that I paid $2,100 for. Can’t beat that. Good luck with your 02 project
Im not a Ford "purist" :D Im going with the other dummies out there with an LS. Its whats in the S10 right now so, thats what Ill be doing. Been a Chevy guy all my life but have a little spot for some of the Mustangs. Ill be building a Forvy or a Chord???
I’m narrowing my 8.8 2 5/8” each side. So for the rim to sit where mine is. You would have to narrow yours 1 5/8” each side. Not sure if it would fit without narrowing the rear, a 12” rim that is. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching.

Good luck with the project. And thanks for watching.
I just checked and Team Z does not offer the mini tub kit already put together. My Bad. Still a great product from a great company.

As long as it’s fast it doesn’t matter. 😎👍👍
Dam that eye! Somebody said SHUT UP & you thought they said STAND UP!?
Well learned that the car always wins.
Being a sheet metal worker it pains me to see you hammer down the edges ever few inches😂 good job with those pitts for not being a tinner!
Thanks for watching.
I did full tub and it's nasty job for the first time and I had to do it twice from mini to full tub.
Nice. I have never done a full tub. Just mini tub, twice. On a 69 Camaro I built and this mustang. Thanks for watching.
Great channel and good work congrats this vid was super helpful so thx
A ratchet strap helps roll the tub around and hold it while you beat the lip over.
Good idea, thanks for the tip and thanks for watching.
Did the tubs sit on the floor in the rear? or did they butt up against the floor.
Depends on how you cut the floor. You can do either with them.
Rule #1 to sheet metal work, hit the material with the side (flat part) of your hammer😂
Lol. Thanks for watching.
Will you think 15x12 and 7.5bs will fit with mini tube?

How to fab up the suspension though
Just did a video of narrowing the 8.8/welding the new suspension on the housing 👍
Awesome 🤘🤘
Thanks. More to come with this project
Nice👍
How much clearance is gained from this?
I would say about 3 more inches
