Nahhhh.. by entering long, going elbow and clearing B site your team will have to clear close corners as dangerous as those in hooka.
The problem is not going Hooka against cheap guns, the problem is HOW your team enters hooka.
Honestly this is damn good advice. Ain’t nothing more dangerous than a controller player with a shotgun in these areas. They just farm free kills off duelists who aren’t thinking it through

@@issannja2334 Theres nothing outplaying about using a shotgun lmfao its just a gamble which is why i look down upon it. Gambling is a way for inferior people to feel like they are better due to momentary satisfaction rather than the long term. Have you seen billionaires who got there because they gamble?
Playing with a shotgun is a gamble because if they don't go your site you're screwed, its a cheap way of momentary 50/50 success, please don't mistake prayers for outplaying, shit isn't the same.
The only way to counter a shotgun is to not go where it is, now bucky and shorty are fine where they are ig and that ideology doesn't apply to them, but judge is so lenient and free that you can't say its either brain or aim while using it.
Now me personally, I think if the only good way of countering a weapon is not going where it is, it's a failed concept.

the thing is, if you play correctly, you should get at least elbow control. If you let yourself get pinch from 3 angles... thats really a you problem, not the strategy.
and no, just bcs elbow is a close quarter fight doesnt mean it is the same as fighting for hooka. I can explain it to you but in quick summary, the likeliest that someone is playing shotgun in elbow is very low.

Idk there are so many problems with this statement because of logic of them holding angles but this argument can be used with any space on this map because there so many corners to check such as a short, showers, garden, cubby, or majority of space on b. I think it’s better to adapt and figure out how enemies play than adjust ur gameplay to that area of the map. There is no point cutting off an entire section of map because it narrows the enemy team to gun down one or two locations. That’s why these sections are incorporated in the map to help give ur team more options.
The hardest part about doing this is having teamates that follow comms
Cool tip when defending on Bind. DONT play for site and hold shorts. Play b long and showers. Being able to take one of the extremities also allows for flanks while your team rotates back thru spawn and enemy’s left on site to defend multiple angles. Reason I say to take long extremities is because denying them space before they can make it to site makes it easier for your teammates to rotate if need be. If you can stall but enemy’s STILL pushing long extremity on B fall back to hooka and again take flank, if they continue to push shower, have whoever’s holding b long go through tp to pinch showers, While teammates rotate thru spawn. Bind is probably the ONLY map you’re gonna get constantly punished for playing ON site, due to being pushed out and into CT/SPAWN with the rest of your team, and are forced to swing out of smokes. Bind has probably been my favorite map to study and play on, the fact it doesn’t have a middle of map so it HAS to be played different (for extremities) is so unique. I just wish it wasn’t every persons autopilot map to just hold on site and try to get a pick on the team util dumping short swinging out.

i usually push hookah once or twice as yoru during a match because a tp and blind works REALLY good in that area, especially when you have a shorty or a bucky
Personally, I think Cypher can easily hold this position alone. He has everything for this
Its generally a bad idea to send someone alone when its your buy round and the enemy is eco because if that one teammate dies ypu just lost a huge advantage

Gold isn’t bad by any means. It’s that people have mechs and no meta comprehension or buy correctly or coordinate utility. The first team to do all 3 generally wins. There are tenz level players in gold. They aren’t gold because they can’t kill you.

For me the strat with lamps is to use breach flash and peak or just stun aftershock to flush anyone out. It always works. Tbf i am in silver -gold lobbies

Same can be said for long and showers eventually there are choke points that can't be played around unless through confrontation. It's good advice sure. But its situational. Just play different starts as needed and handle each round differently
