- Black Country Communion, one of the best super groups ever along with Captain Beyond. This was the live debut of their new song "Enlightened", which will be part of their upcoming album 'V" and it was never heard by fans before! Performed live at Culture Room in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Black Country Communion is an English-American hard rock band based in Los Angeles, California. Formed in 2009, the band is a supergroup composed of bassist and lead vocalist Glenn Hughes, guitarist and second vocalist Joe Bonamassa, drummer Jason Bonham, and keyboardist Derek Sherinian.
The New “Black Country Communion” Album V, for me is their Best Album They Have Put Out Yet!
Glenn sounds great, like this tune a lot.
These new songs sounding every bit as powerful as I’d hoped!!! Hope they tour this album!
Awesomeness at display.
All sounding on point, fresh energy in the new material with these pros 👐🏽

@@wwsoulrockerstudio yup, and he also sounded great a few months prior at the 50th anniversary of DP's BURN show. He's killing it!

Glen (and his ever-growing hair) seems to be full of secrets. sounds so good, the song.
by the way, because the rolling stones are shown on the side: there was a time when the catchphrase of the new rock'n'roll movement was "love and peace". In my opinion, it ended with the free concert in Altamont in 1969, shortly after the Woodstock festival. (please read the story). After that it was called “sex drugs and rock’n’roll”. Not a good decision, I think.

Interesting you mentioned the catchphrase of that time because Glenn Hughes still has that same loving message onstage today. It seems like he kept the core of that message in his life, and who knows, maybe that's the main reason why his hair stays so healthy 🤣🤣🤣
@@daviddiacrono this is an interessant idea! and could be, easily. peace and love to you and us all!
desperately searching for good musicians for my nascent band Donar 64.
Maybe you are one sir? and 2. what instrument you would prefer to play?
@@rolandaugustbayerrab-6367 send me a couple of links to your band's music via private message
@@daviddiacrono it's difficult for me to choose from 70 years of good music, but as I'm a fan of progressive rock, I recommend "Rolling Stone" and its associated list site: "the 50 best progressive rock records".
hard rock, etc., like metal, of course, also has a lot to offer.
just think of "Child in Time" by Deep Purple. or black sabbath, le zeppelin and so on.
and not to forget my own translations of strong songs into my language. And of course my own songs. write them in english and my own language.
lately I've really liked the progressive band Porcupine Tree, as well as the hard rock band Black Country Communion.

How are they not doing arenas??
Bonamassa cant commit to one band, he is busy all the time making music. All of them are, but Thats the stick in the wheel, Joes schedule.
It is not a simple question to answer because of all the variables, however, I often ask myself why aren't they as well known as they deserve? And maybe the answer to that is as simple as the choking and drowning of creativity by our corrupted music industry. Having said that, at least some of us still appreciate and support great music

Changes in musicproduction December 6th, 2023
Why am I so bored with today's music?
I notice 3 fundamental changes from 1970 to today:
Formerly it used to be bands
and were heard in majority
from men, yes from men
this bands had time for their development
Beatles, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin,
Porcupine Tree, past and present -
to name just a few.
But today there are no more equal bands
Most of them are women, female solo artists
without time for their development under pressure
Basically music industry allone has took over dominance
and it allone decides on prominence
That's why I'm bored today today's music.
And it is really boring. And could be so diverse .....
A good mixture of power, gender, jurisdiction
would maybe do the trick?
Enlightened next single?
Yeah, that's what Glenn said on stage
