Solid video. A few bits of advice: 1. Voiceovers are your friend. If you're not 100% happy with how the audio worked out, just dub over it. 2. Avoid the use of certain terms like "Philly". Not because it's wrong, but because you're just going to generate angry people complaining about how it isn't "classic" or what have you. 3. Don't apoligize for any ingredients you use. Just say what it is you're using and why. There isn't really any 'wrong' way to cook. Otherwize, solid! Keep it up!
